Return & Exchange Policy
At Fit with Ammara, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help!
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery only if:
1. You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
2. The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
3. You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Please note: We do not offer returns for change of mind once the product is opened or used, due to hygiene and health standards.
2. Exchange Process
If your product qualifies for an exchange:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps
4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
1. Opened or used food/supplement items
2. Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Orders beyond 7 days of delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
We only issue refunds if the item is out of stock, or we are unable to replace it. Refunds (if approved) are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
